PTA Summer Fayre
11th July 2018
The Summer Fayre is fast approaching and we’ve our fingers crossed for a sunny day. The Summer Fayre will be held on Wednesday 11 th July and we have lots of stalls and attractions planned.
As usual, it’s free entry and stalls this year include: Coconut Shy, Hook a Duck, Stocks, Name the Bunny, Play Your Cards Right and Welly Wanging (prizes for the furthest thrown by an adult, KS2 child and KS1 child) There will be the return of the usual favourites Bouncy slide, Hoopla, tombola and Cakes courtesy of Key stage 2. The fabulous chocolate tombola is here again on the Gold, silver or bronze ticket theme - every ticket a winner. £1 a go. Refreshments and hot dogs will be available.
Most stalls will be charging 50p/£1 so we would really appreciate small change on the day.

Like to be involved…..
We always appreciate any help you can offer, big or small, with planning & running events, helping behind the scenes or maybe you have a specific skill (e.g. face painting) and remember there is no requirement to attend all meetings or events. Some employers offer match funding if you donate to a stall or help they may match what you raise- an excellent boost to the amount we can raise for the children’s educational enhancement and activities.
We’re always open to new and fresh ideas for fundraising so please contact us with any thoughts you might have – suggestions welcome! The last few years have been very successful for the PTA and we’d love to go further this year but we can only do that with your support. This year we have supported Beach School, updating of Reception classrooms, the Christmas pantomime, Decorations morning, Lego Club, updating reading books and class libraries and end of year trips/treats for every year.
