Payment details.

Breakfast club	7.30am – 8.55am	£6.00
After school club	3.15pm – 4.30pm	£7.00
After school club	3.15pm – 5.30pm	£9.50

Holiday Club	8.00am – 12.00pm	£15.00
Holiday club	12.00pm – 5.30pm	£15.00
Holiday club	8.00am – 5.30pm	£25.00
Wrap around care	11.35am – 3.15pm	£20.00

1. Fees will be expected to on a weekly/ monthly basis in advance directly to the club or via the childcare voucher scheme.

2. Cheques are preferred and payable to Holystone Out of school club.

3. The club will closed for two weeks during the Christmas period and for the last 3 weeks of the summer holidays.

4. If you are on a low income, you may receive assistance in paying for you childcare.

5. There is no reduction for leaving before the end of a session e.g. picking up a child at 4.00pm will still cost the £7.00 for the 4.30pm session.

6. One months notice will be required to cancel your child’s place within the club.

7. Non attendance will be charged on places that have been booked without the correct 24 hour notice period given.

8. We also accept childcare vouchers - we are registered with several schemes, however, if you use a scheme we are not registered with we can certainly get registered just let us know. 

Term time.

If there is a change to your regular booking for example illness you must contact a the out of school club by 10.00am the day in question or if you know in advance you do not need the place please let us know. 

Holiday time.

If there is a change to your holiday booking then please let the out of school club know before 9.00am the day in question to allow another child to use the space.
